These unprecedented times definitely present a new reality for us leaders. Experiences of paradox is normal in an abnormal circumstance however, out of the tension that we experience comes a new imperative that emerges within us as leaders and we call this Human-Centric Leadership.

Human-centric leadership is all about combining both performance and being human which helps us think, act, and react differently to everyday situations. This new leadership imperative drives us leaders to decide for ourselves and redesign the stage both for ourselves and people so that we can be well at work.

Rukhsana is an Executive Director in the Workforce Transformation practice at Deloitte Consulting, based in Manila. She has over 20 years of Human Resources, Organization Development and Leadership Development experience working for both local and global organizations.

Rukhsana’s passion for inspiring change in organizations and building leaders has resulted in the development of Deloitte's flagship Digital Leadership Program-Platform X. She also co-designed Deloitte's Leadership Immersion Offering, called The Exponential Experience, and is leading efforts across the Southeast Asian region to build future-ready Boards. She is currently leading Deloitte's efforts at supporting organizations across the region to build resilient leaders and virtual first managers.

Carolina is a Senior Manager in the Workforce Transformation practice at Deloitte Consulting. She has a proven track record working with organizations from various industries and has helped business leaders solve and deconstruct some of today's biggest organizational challenges. She specializes in developing organizational strategies such as change management, organization culture transformation, employee engagement, performance management and leadership development. Carolina designed and delivered innovative learning programs and experiences which amplified the corporate learning culture, heightened employee engagement, and developed team leaders to be the catalyst for innovation and growth.
