Thriving in the Accelerated Future of Work

September 30 | Thursday | 11:00 AM - 12:00 NN (PHT)

As we entered 2021 and started focusing on the shift from survive to thrive in a post-pandemic world, we raised the question whether the accelerated future of work that we have experienced over the past 18 months  is the future of work that we want moving forward.

The shift from survive to thrive depends on an organization becoming – and remaining – distinctly human. This is not just a different way of thinking and acting. It is a different way of being that approaches every question, every issue and every decision from a human angle first.

This session aims to:

  • Explore how organizations are humanizing the future of work, by re-architecting work, unleashing the workforce and adapting the workplace. With a human focus, organizations are in a position to thrive - to constantly reinvent - on the back of perpetual disruption.
