She has over 20 years of Human Resources, Organization Development and Leadership Development experience working for both local and global organizations. Rukhsana’s passion for inspiring change in organizations and building leaders has resulted in the development of Deloitte's flagship Digital Leadership Program-Platform X. She also co-designed Deloitte's Leadership Immersion Offering, called The Exponential Experience, and is leading efforts across the Southeast Asian region to build future-ready Boards. She is currently leading Deloitte's efforts at supporting organizations across the region to build resilient leaders and virtual first managers.
